Accordingly, the defendant acquired property benefits equivalent to 252,50 won by inputting information into a computer or any other information processing device without authority.

2. On June 19, 2018, the Defendant, such as fraud against the victim B, posted a notice to sell S8 portable phone on the Mgallon, which is an online trading site, at a gallon site, and false statement to the effect that he/she would send a portable phone to the victim B who reported and contacted the Defendant’s writing 40,000 won if he/she remitted 40,000 won to the victim B.
