A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

Around March 11, 2020, the Defendant received a proposal from the “AC Team leader,” a single financial fraud organization, which was known through the Internet B website, to provide for KRW 100,000 to KRW 20,000,000 per transaction,” and subsequently conspired with the Defendant to commit the crime of Bosing with the employees of Bosing, such as the “AC Team leader,” etc.

On March 10, 2020, upon the above public offering, the so-called “D Bank employees.” Once repayment of the existing loan is made, the said public offering calls to the victim AD and calls to the victim AD to make a loan at low interest.” On March 11, 2020, the said public offering led the victim to take money near the AF located in Seocheon-si AE.

Since then, according to the direction of the “AC Team leader” on the same day, the Defendant got 10 million won from the victim near the above AF, and received 8 million won from the victim near the above AF by the same method on March 12, 2020, and deposited the remaining money from the AF bank near the above AF to the designated account with no passbook.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with the “AC team leader,” etc., who is the cause of the non-titleing organization, acquired a total of KRW 18 million from the victim.

Summary of Evidence
