Punishment of the crime

1. Interference with business and obstruction of performance of official duties;
A. On January 8, 2015, the Defendant interfered with the business by: (a) around 13:45, the Incheon Southern-gu Office, Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon, where 131-1, and the victim C (nor, 28 years of age) employed as an inorganic contractual worker, thereby obstructing the victim’s work by force by forcing other public officials who had been trying to enter the office of the deputy head of the Gu by avoiding disturbance for about 20 minutes, such as making the victim’s crying or disregarding cryp, “Is the coffee,” but the victim was found to be “Is the coffee,” but the victim was suffering from or disregarding the crypian, and thus the victim was unable to enter the office of the victim by force.
B. The Defendant at the time, place, and paragraph (1) of this Article, when requesting the assistance of the police assigned for special guard belonging to the above Gu office on the ground of the above paragraph (1), interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the guard service of the police assigned for special guard who is a public official by assaulting the Defendant, such as D (40 years of age), by stating that “I am si si si si si si si si si si si si si si si si si si.”

2. Around 17:30 on May 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) took a bath to the victim G and the victim H, who was going on the road front of the F branch store located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E, without any justifiable reason; (b) took a vision and sound to the victims who want to be able to take a trial fee and to return to the Defendant, and (c) took the victim’s resistance, and assaulted the victims by taking the victim’s head at the time of the victim’s her loss and taking the victim’s face at the time of the victim’s her hand.
