A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Seized evidence 1 through 8 shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

On December 26, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Southern District Court (Seoul Southern District Court) on March 7, 2014, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Southern Southern District Court (Seoul Southern District Court) on March 7, 2014.

The Defendant, as a member of the so-called “Ssingishing” fraud group, conspired with the Defendant to have the victim enter the name, account number, official stamp number, etc. of the victim by telephone to many unspecified persons, leading them to the website of the Financial Supervisory Service, and transfer the amount of damage to the account secured in advance using the above financial information. The Defendant, who received cash cards from those who are in the name of the victim and then withdrawn the money from the account transferred by using the cards, and then deliver it to those who are in the name of the victim.

A. A. Around December 3, 2015, the Defendant received two physical cards, including Kwikset Service Delivery Board, such as C’s bank account e-mail cards (D), E bank account e-mail cards (F), and acquired access media for electronic financial transactions.

2) At around 19:50 on December 4, 2015, the Defendant, via Kwikset Service Delivery Board, received a total of seven physical cards, including G-registered national bank physical card (H), I’s string string card (J), Saemaul Treasury Cown Card (K), New Cown Card (L), M M M M KEB one Card (N), O’s IB K Bank CB Card (P), QEB Card (R), and other means of access to electronic financial transactions.

B.
