A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 14:00 on September 29, 2017, the Defendant driven BMW740 cars from around 400 meters away from the front day of the Madusan Oil Station in Daegu-dong, Daegu-dong, to the front road of the 81-1 Urban Renovation Support Center, the Defendant used BMW740 cars at around 400 meters.
