Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 18, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a D body-man car without a driver’s license from around two meters at C parking lots located in Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving the first car in the body under paragraph 1.

On February 18, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle without a driver's license, and made it left left at a speed that is impossible to know with the second side of the Young-dong No. C in the above C parking lot without a driver's license.

At night, the defendant was driven by the victim E (38 tax) who was driven on the right side of the defendant's proceeding from the first intersection of Youngdong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong

F. Since there was a FK5 passenger vehicle, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by accurately manipulating the steering left and left by a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle.

Even so, the Defendant neglected this and neglected to make a left-hand turn to the left is deemed to be a clerical error, so it is corrected.
