Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 2, 2012, at around 22:25, the Defendant driven a D EcooS car owned by C and operated the said vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of approximately 100 meters from the Gcooma parking lot in the Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si to the arrival of the road in front of the Supo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si.
