Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 20:00 on September 1, 2012, the Defendant, without any justifiable reason, took a bath to her female in the “D pharmacy” operated by the victim C (math, 51) located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and, without any reason, took the bath to her female, such as her “mathing”, her humping, and her huming customers who were in this pharmacy, and obstructed female pharmacy’s business operation for about 2 hours by force.
