Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If a fine is not paid, 50,000 won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 22:20 on February 25, 2013, the Defendant driven a string vehicle B at a section of approximately 800 meters from the front of the head of the Sinpo-Eup in Gwangju City to the intersection of the same Eup/Myeon 200 meters from the head of the Sinpo-Eup in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of 0.105%.
