A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was living together with the victim C (V, 37 years of age) and from November 20, 2015 to November 18, 2016. 2.
