1. The Defendant: (a) on May 10, 201, with respect to the Plaintiff’s share 1/100 of the motor vehicles stated in the attached register of motor vehicles.

1. Indication of claim;

A. On February 1, 2013, the Plaintiff entered into an agreement on title trust of 1/100 shares among the automobiles entered in the annexed register of automobile (hereinafter “instant automobile”) with the Defendant, and accordingly, the ownership transfer registration was completed in the name of the Defendant with respect to 1/100 shares out of the instant automobile on the same day.

The plaintiff terminated the above title trust agreement by serving a duplicate of the complaint of this case.

B. Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to implement the procedure for registration of transfer of ownership on May 10, 2017, which was the delivery date of a copy of the instant complaint with respect to the portion of 1/100 of the instant automobiles, to the Plaintiff.

2. Articles 208(3)1 and 257(1) of the Civil Procedure Act, which hold a judgment without holding any pleadings.
