Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who drives a motor vehicle B with the test.

On July 12, 2013, at around 22:30, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at a 2km section from a restaurant located in the Jinjin-gu Hodong in Jeondong-gu, Jeondong-gu to Songcheon-dong Indidong-dong, in a state of alcohol of 0.18% of alcohol concentration.
