The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. Around September 25, 2020, at around 19:35 on September 25, 2020, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim by means of gathering the victim’s face from the wall D (n, 28 years old); (b) having been subject to hacks and hacks management from the victim D (n, and 28 years old); and (c) having been given answers to the effect that the victim had been forced to cut the hacks; and (d) having been paying the charge to the president of the four-day partner shop, the Defendant provided the victim with the hacks while paying the charge.

2. Determination

(a) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 260(3) and (1) of the Criminal Act;

(b) The victim is not subject to punishment after prosecution;

(c) Judgment dismissing a public prosecution: Article 327 subparag. 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
