Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who works as the chairperson of the E Promotion Committee at the Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Commercial Building Management Committee.
The Defendant, among 11 co-owners of the site ownership in which the first floor connections of the underground floor of the D Commercial Building are to be installed, only the victim F and the victim G2, who are the father of F, did not consent to the 1st underground floor connecting passage project, and together with the sectional owners of the commercial buildings who agreed to the said project, tried to make a demonstration against the victims before the victim F's house, thereby impairing the honor of the victims.
At around 14:00 on January 16, 2013, the Defendant, while conducting a demonstration with approximately 30 shopping owners before the victims' house in the Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, posted flass cards and diskettes stating that “I am deadly killed”, “I am unable to draft the snow of the permanent store system,” and “I am unable to interfere with D development,” and put in demonstration at the same place on the same day at around 17:00 of the same month, at around 14:00 of the same month, “F interfered with the underground connecting passage business, which is the front business of the merchants,” and “F ambling with the underground connections business,” stating that “F interfered with the development of the underground connecting passage business, which is the front business of the merchants,” and “I ambred with the passage connecting business of the victims,” and “I ambly interfered with the development of the victim’s accommodation business at around 30:00 of the same month.”
In the process of demonstration as above, the Defendant is obstructing without cooperation between FC and GC even though 11 holders of equity have promised to cooperate with them.
