A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On July 27, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 05:00, at around 17, the victim’s body was in front of the second floor of the studio building located in Ulsan-gun (hereinafter referred to as “the victim’s body, 17 years old”; (b) but was refused to open the victim’s body; (c) obstructed the victim’s studio through a multi-use window where the gas pipe installed on the outer wall of the said studio building was opened, and opened the above studio with the victim’s body, and then opened the above studio without the victim’s body; (d) obstructed the victim’s escape from the victim’s body before and after the victim’s escape; and (e) obstructed the victim’s studio with the victim’s body, the Defendant refused the victim’s request to open the victim’s studio with the victim’s body and made it difficult for the victim to open the victim’s studio to the victim’s body; and (d) obstructed the victim’s body.

Accordingly, the defendant's indictment is written by the prosecutor.
