1. Around 16:00 on July 13, 2010, the Defendant received 700,000 won from D with a proposal to seek psychotropic drugs from D, under the name of the purchase price, a transfer of the Mescopty (hereinafter “Mescopon”) from D, and sold to D approximately 0.5g of philopon, which is contained in D, on the road near the Jinscopon for the South Sea Highway at around 19:45 on the same day.
2. On September 5, 2010, the Defendant: (a) on the street near the Dong University located at the lower end of the Busan Sindong-gu, Busan; (b) obtained 6.50,000 won from D to a person who was unable to know his/her name in his/her job as the price for the penphone; and (c) arranged to trade the penphone between D and a person who was unable to know his/her name by giving approximately 0.3g of the penphone that he/she received from D.

3. On October 201, 201, the Defendant received, without compensation, a portion of psychotropic drugs, once a penphone, from E, which was a psychotropic drug, in the vicinity of the Songnam-dong, Seo-gu, Busan, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Busan, and received it.
4. On October 9, 201, around 00:30 on October 9, 201, the Defendant received, without compensation, one-time medication of phiphones from E at the parking lot located in the Busan Spo-dong (Spo-dong).
5. On January 201, 2012, the Defendant administered one-time medication in the way of hanging cans, in front of convenience stores near the multi-lock parking lot located in Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, and in front of the multi-lockphones received, such as paragraphs (3) through (4).
6. On March 14, 2012, around 19:00, the Defendant administered one-time medication in the form of drinking water on a penphone, which is received from the Plaintiff, in front of the “spaculma” located in the Busan Spacdong, as set forth in paragraphs (3) through (4).
