【Criminal Facts】

On November 2013, the Defendant prepared a false complaint against D using a computer for the purpose of having D of Chinese nationality receive criminal punishment from a nearby skin bank in the vicinity of the Defendant’s residence, which is located in the early police station of Pakistan, in early 2013.

However, while the Defendant failed to pay it, he provided D with KRW 360 with money for the import of shacks, yellow seasons, and Chocheon-do, or sold with the Defendant’s death without being killed by 360 on or around May 2013.
