A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months, by imprisonment for four months, and by fine for one million won for each of the defendants C and D.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A conspired with F (F) in collusion, from December 17, 2013 to June 17, 2014, Defendant A opened five rooms with shower rooms and sediment, and operated a commercial sex trafficking business establishment with the trade name of “K” by employing women of H, C, D and Thailand, I and J, etc., which are women of H, C, D and Thailand, while having said women receive 6 to 70,000 won per capita from the male who found the said female as a customer, and had the said female engage in a similar act to f-70,000 won for each man’s body and to f-70,000 won for each man’s body or to boom their sexual organ by hand.

As a result, the defendant conspireds with the above F to arrange commercial sex acts.

2. While being aware that the above A and F are engaging in the business of arranging sexual traffic, the Defendant, as seen above, received KRW 50,000 per day from around May 2014 to June 17, 2014, and aided and abetted the said A and F to engage in the business of arranging sexual traffic, by engaging in activities such as guiding customers who visited the business place in accordance with telephone reservation, while serving in the above business place, who visited the business place in accordance with the promise of telephone, etc.

3. On June 15, 2014, around 01:30, Defendant C engaged in sexual traffic by receiving KRW 30,000 from the room of “K” business place located in the fourth floor of Seo-gu Daejeon Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, and harming the body of a man who was found as a customer and harming the body of a man who was found as a customer, and taking a sexual organ into knife and scing it.

4. On June 17, 2014, Defendant D, at around 22:00, engaged in sexual traffic by taking advantage of the similarity between Defendant D and Defendant D’s body of a man who was found to be a customer and 30,000 won at the room of “K” business in Seo-gu Daejeon Daejeon Special Metropolitan City’s fourth level.
