1. The disposition of military service subject to enlistment in active duty service rendered by the Defendant to the Plaintiff on December 19, 2013 shall be revoked.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On August 2002, the Plaintiff was classified as being enlisted in active duty service after being judged as a grade 1 in a physical examination. B. On December 10, 2013, the Plaintiff undergone a re-physical examination at the Central Physical Examination Center. The Plaintiff raised an objection to the physical grade of Grade III on the ground that the Plaintiff’s said inspector’s “Iekne-mae-mae-mae-mae-ma-ma-ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-Ma-1, 211-B-1 (hereinafter referred to as “instant disposition”). The Defendant, based on the foregoing physical grade determination, rendered a disposition of military service subject to enlistment in active duty service to the Plaintiff on December 19, 2013 (hereinafter referred to as “instant disposition”).
