Punishment of the crime

On February 10, 2016, the Defendant sent a message to “Iman within the country” through the Kakao Stockholm on February 11, 2016, on the ground that the Defendant had been in an internal relationship with C excessively gathered and interfered with C, and that C had been parked at a apartment parking lot in the Ulsan-gu where C had been parked at that place. On February 10, 2016, the Defendant sent a message to “Iman within the country” on February 11, 2016 through Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, U.S., U.S., where C had been parked. However, the Defendant confirmed that C had been parked at that place.

On February 11, 2016, at around 02:55, the Defendant entered the entrance number of the entrance, which was previously known, in front of the above C and F’s house located in Ulsandong-gu, Ulsandong-gu, and entered the above house. However, as C was unable to enter the above house through the entrance, it was impossible for C to enter the entrance with the entrance by changing the password, and thereby, C was removed from the small door door, and entered the said house to the inside door used by C, and then transferred the above house to the above f’s office by leaving the fire to the f’s f’s office, and then transferring it to the above f’s office at the market price.

As such, the Defendant infringed upon another person’s residence, and destroyed a structure used as a residence by setting fire to and by a person.
