Criminal facts

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a bus B.

On November 15, 2018, the Defendant driven the above bus around 07:40, and led to the cross-section 199, Seo-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, to turn to the left for non-protection from the right edge of the inspection distance.

The Defendant alleged that the instant traffic accident was not caused due to his occupational negligence at the time of the instant case, based on the pertinent legal provisions on criminal facts, Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, and Article 268 of the Criminal Act, and the Defendant’s assertion regarding the Defendant’s assertion.
