1. The Plaintiff:
A. Defendant B shall be KRW 97,370,748 and a rate of 12% per annum from September 10, 2019 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. Defendant B was the director of the “E” located in Young-si District D (hereinafter “E”) and Defendant C was the person committing the Taekwondo of this case.
B. The Defendants conspired with Nonparty F to increase the number of official members in collusion with Nonparty F, and subsequently transferred the instant Taekwondo paper to acquire the premium by deceiving the premium.
Thus, around 22:00 on October 19, 2018, Defendant B made a false statement to the effect that “Is children are not 115,00,000,” and Defendant C and F made a false statement to the effect that “Is children are not able to take the 115,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000.”
C. However, in fact, 50 people among the Taekwondo Halls of this case were not falsely listed in the attendance book or actual members such as only coming from the transfer period. Defendant C and F did not intend to work together with the Plaintiff even if the Plaintiff accepted the Taekwondo Hall of this case.
Defendant B received 73,00,000 won in total as premium, from the Plaintiff on October 19, 2018, including KRW 32,850,000 on November 1, 2018, and KRW 32,850,00 on November 32, 2018, and KRW 73,00,000 on November 6, 2018.
As above, the defendant and F conspired with the plaintiff to obtain 73,00,000 won from the plaintiff, which was convicted of the crime of fraud by the Seoul Eastern District Court 2019Kadan1169.

The Defendants asserted that the Plaintiff deceivings the Plaintiff as above, thereby deceiving the Plaintiff KRW 73,00,000 for the premium, and thereby, the Plaintiff operated the Taekwondo Center for eight months, incurred expenses of KRW 4,025,748 due to automobile insurance premiums and installments, etc., and KRW 20,345,000, which is equivalent to the average wage of urban workers for eight months = February 2.
