A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 19, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for five months at the Seoul Central District Court (hereinafter “Seoul Central District Court”) and the said judgment was finalized on November 27, 2014.

1.
