Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. In filing an application for unemployment benefits with the Daejeon Employment Center, Seo-gu, Daejeon on April 18, 201, Defendant A, by deceiving the Republic of Korea in a manner that did not report even though he/she had been on duty at the said G Hospital, etc. from April 25, 2011, and deceiving the Republic of Korea, which he/she was paid a total of KRW 4,65,590 as unemployment benefits on a total of six occasions from May 2, 201 to September 21, 2011, and received false unemployment benefits at the same time.
2. In filing an application for unemployment benefits with the said Daejeon Employment Center on January 19, 201, Defendant B, by deceiving the Republic of Korea by means of failing to report even though he/she had worked in the said G Hospital from February 1, 2011 to June 24, 2011, by deceiving the victim of this case, and by deceiving him/her, from February 9, 201 to June 24, 201, received a total of KRW 4,231,620 as unemployment benefits on a total of six occasions, and received a false unemployment benefits.
3. On June 21, 2011, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the Republic of Korea by failing to report despite having been working at the said Daejeon Employment Center from June 28, 2011; (b) by deceiving the victim; (c) from July 5, 2011 to November 24, 2011, the Defendant received a total of KRW 4,665,590 from the victim for unemployment benefits on a total of six occasions; and (d) received false unemployment benefits.
4. On April 18, 201, when filing an application for unemployment benefits at the above Daejeon Employment Center, Defendant D, by deceiving the Republic of Korea of the victim by a method of failing to report even though he/she had been working at the said G Hospital from April 25, 2011, and by deceiving it, he/she received a total of KRW 4,65,590 from the victim to September 21, 201, and received a false unemployment benefits at the same time as unemployment benefits, from December 5, 2011 to September 21, 201.
5. On April 18, 201, Defendant E filed an application for unemployment benefits with the said Daejeon Employment Center on April 18, 201.
