1. Around 15:00 on September 11, 2019, the Defendant: (a) driven a fwing truck without obtaining a driver’s license; (b) from the front road of “Co., Ltd. C” located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju to the same D apartment E-dong parking lot; and (c) without obtaining a driver’s license; and (d) drive a F wing truck.

On September 12, 2019, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.210% without obtaining a driver’s license from the above “D apartment” E-dong parking lot from around 02:12, 201 to the front road of the same Geum-dong, Geum-dong, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.210% without obtaining a driver’s license.
