A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

The application for compensation order of this case shall be dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

Around January 2012, the Defendant had internal relations, such as being able to obtain studio in the vicinity of the Seocho-si, the location of the Defendant’s workplace, and being able to obtain studio in the vicinity of the Seocho-si, which is the location of the Defendant’s workplace, with D’s spouse at around 2004.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received total of KRW 10 million on April 2, 2012, around April 17, 2012, KRW 500,000,000 on May 21, 2012, KRW 300,000 on June 11, 2012, KRW 10,000 on June 27, 2012, KRW 10,000 on June 29, 2012, and KRW 84 million on July 2, 2012, from each of the victims.
