1. The defendant,

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. Plaintiff A owned the ownership of 185 square meters (hereinafter “instant land 1”); Plaintiff B owned the owner of 155 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) prior to J, the Plaintiff C, the network K, and the network L owned by the co-owner of M road 288 square meters (hereinafter “instant third land”) (Plaintiff C29/509, the network K 417/509, the network L63/509, the network L63/509); and Plaintiff C owned the Ngi 9 square meters (hereinafter “instant land 4”).
