Criminal facts

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (private act committed against minors under the age of 13) Defendant is entering the Republic of Korea on October 5, 2009, and continues to stay in excess of the period of stay on October 4, 2012, which is the period of stay.
