A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of BMW 320d Motor Vehicle.

On June 30, 2017, while under the influence of alcohol 09:20%, the Defendant driven the said vehicle while driving it at around 09:13% in alcohol level, and continued to drive it on the two-lane road in Gwangju Northern-gu C in the direction of the south-west end along the 1 tea line in the direction of the south-west end, the Defendant continued to drive it at the vicinity of the 4-distance intersection.
