Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[201st order4871] The Defendant, who had worked as the representative director of Corporation C, entered into a check contract with the office of Gyeongnam Bank on Nov. 21, 2008 and entered into a check contract with the office of Gyeongnam Bank on Nov. 21, 2008. Around Jan. 2009, the Defendant issued one check number “E”, face value KRW 100,000,000 as of the date of issuance, and issued one check number at the office of the above office of the company located in Kimhae-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City on Apr. 3, 2009, when the holder presented a proposal for payment to the Bank on Apr. 3, 2009 during the period of presentment for payment, but did not receive a shortage of deposit, and paid a shortage of each deposit and free payment.
[201st order 5087] On April 8, 2009, the Defendant issued a check number F, face value 100 million won, check number F, check number 100 million won, checker and payment point, and check number C in the name of the company C, which is June 30, 2009 on the date of issuance, one copy of the check number per bank, which is within the time limit for presentment for payment, and presented the check on June 30, 2009, which is within the time limit for presentment for payment, but did not receive it as non-transaction.

Accordingly, around May 2009, I exercised the right to supplement the blank of the check and stated that the face value “120,000,000 won” and “10,000,000 won” and “the date of issuance” as of September 11, 2009, offered the check as security by borrowing KRW 100,000 to J, and the J offered the check as of September 11, 2009, within the time limit for payment of the check.
