A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On December 20, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Eastern District Court on December 20, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence in Seongdong-gu District Court on May 8, 201.

around 15:00 on February 17, 2012, the Defendant stated that “The Defendant shall pay back money without molding within two months if he/she lends money.”

However, the Defendant was in bad credit standing with loans at the time, and there was no particular property or income, so even if he borrowed money from the victim, the Defendant did not have the intent or ability to repay it.

Nevertheless, as above, the defendant made a false statement to the victim and received 500,000 won from the victim's bank account (E) from the victim, and the same year from around that time.

3. From 20. up to 20.0, a total of 32,800,000 won was received through eight times, such as the list of crimes in the annexed sheet, and acquired it by fraud.

around 08:50 on December 26, 2012, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “Around December 26, 2014, the Defendant provided a victim H with the “G” coffee shop located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F, with a view to lending KRW 400,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000.”

However, the defendant did not have any particular property or income at the time, so even if he borrowed money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to pay it.

Nevertheless, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim, and received five million won from the victim to the Cit Bank account (E) in the name of the Defendant.

The Defendant resided in the I Apartment-si, Nam-gu, Namyang-si, and took part in the victim J and the victim K as if he/she was a trader.
