The Defendant, as the representative director of Q Q of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government P, is an employer who employs approximately 40 full-time workers and operates tourist hotel business, etc.

Defendant shall work from March 1, 2009 to November 1, 2013.

The Defendant, as the representative director of Q of “stock company”, employed approximately 40 full-time workers and engaged in tourist hotel business, etc. from January 1, 2009 to September 9, 2013, who retired S 2013, July 1, 200, August 2013, wages of KRW 1,700,000 on August 1, 2013, and wages of KRW 3,910,000 on wages of KRW 510,00 on September 20, 2013, and retirement allowances of KRW 7,77,57,575 on total of KRW 11,687,575 on retirement allowances, did not pay between the parties within 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement on the extension of the payment date.
