A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was a person operating the “E cafeteria” and the “F coffee shop” of the first and second floor in Ycheon-si D, and was in possession of a shot tree shot and hacks through the Internet around February 2015.

1. The crime committed on March 20, 2015;

A. C. The Defendant committed a crime against the Victim K with the same time, at the same place and place, destroyed the victim K’s “L coffee shop” operated by the victim K located in the river flasing. As above, the Defendant launched the hacks so that three holess can be placed on the reinforcement glass equivalent to KRW 2 million at the market price.

2. On May 2015, the Defendant, around early 23:20 on May 2015, 2015, destroyed the Defendant by launching 10 strings of the instant new guns, which are dangerous articles to the “Lac shop” operated by the said K at the above Fac shop at around 23:20 on May 20, 2015, thereby causing two holess to the reinforcement glass space equivalent to KRW 2 million at the market price.

3. On May 2015, around 23:30, the Defendant: (a) opened a string set of the Pwings in the Defendant’s possession on the top of the “O coffee shop” operated by the Victim N in Ma at netcheon-si; and (b) destroyed a hole in the glass of the market value equivalent to KRW 170,000 at the market price by launching the said strings, which are objects dangerous to the said coffee shop.
