Facts of guilt

Around 07:30 on August 19, 2019, the Defendant driven a Hmea car with approximately 4 km section from the front side of the E building Fdong to the front side of the K-gu G Victim’s workplace at port at port, from around 0.184% of blood alcohol concentration, while under the influence of alcohol at around 0.184% from the 4km section to the front side of the K-gu G Victim’s workplace at port.

3. Around 08:40 on August 19, 2019, the injured Defendant inflicted injury on the victim, in the Hague shop as described in paragraph (2) of this Article, on the part of the victim, when he/she took a dispute arising from divorce with the victim, he/she saw the victim's knife twice at his/her knife, knife the victim's head, knife, and part of the victim's head, knife the victim's knife, and knife the victim's knife, and caused the victim to suffer approximately two weeks of treatment
