Punishment of the crime

[2012 Highest 1276] The Defendant: (a) around October 27, 2009, at an attorney-at-law office nearby the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch; (b) the Defendant decided to purchase the said building at 3.8 billion won; and (c) paid the down payment from D; (d) the Defendant received a loan of at least 3.5 billion won, including the remainder of the purchase price and all expenses, due to the lack of financing; (e) the Defendant did not appropriately execute the sales contract because it did not lend the said building at least 3.5 billion won; and (e) D received a loan necessary to implement the sales contract at 3.8 billion won; and (b) transferred the said building to D with an investment of at least 1.5 billion won; (c) the Defendant acquired the principal and proceeds from the lease deposit in the name of the victim and paid the said building at 1.5 billion won to D; and (d) the Defendant received an investment of at least 2.9 billion won in the name of the victim within 2.5 billion won;

[2013 Highest 1326] The Defendant is the owner of the Gyeongdong-gun C building in the Gyeongdong-gun, and the victim H is a person who, from January 5, 2012, performs interior interior interior interior interior and remodeling construction of the above building.
