A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 2014, the Defendant became aware of the victim C (the age of 33) by using the “lostopon-sharing cream”.

After that, the Defendant developed into a personnel relationship with the victim, but around October of the same year, the victim became aware of the “the Defendant’s remaining in Korea,” and the Defendant and the victim were to hedged with each other.

1. On November 30, 2014, even though the Defendant, as seen above, was the victim and the victim was staying in the “Earel” 303 located in Daegu-gu, Seogu, Daegu-gu, when the victim was considered to have talked with another male, the Defendant deemed that the victim was “nick male contactno and this Chewing baby,” and that the victim was “nick male contactno and this Chewing baby,” and both hand when the victim’s face was taken several times, the Defendant saw the victim to have approximately 14-day eyed and sprinked around the snow.

2. On January 3, 2015, around 00:05, the Defendant: (a) sought the F apartment of the Daegu-gu Office of the Victim, Daegu-gu, 108 Dong 102, where the Victim’s house was located; (b) the victim did not know himself/herself any longer; and (c) the Defendant sought to find it in the future on January 3, 2015.

The Defendant divided the victim's portraits over several occasions, but the victim did not open the door, moved to be shouldered by hand, removed the correction device by inserting hand, opened the window, and intruded on the residence of the victim.

3. The Defendant in violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (injury by collective action, deadly weapons, etc.) takes the kitchen knife (31 cm in total length, 20 cm in knife length) which is a dangerous thing in the kitchen at the time and place specified in the above paragraph (2).
