Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 2, 2017, at around 18:35, the Defendant driven a Dgallon, which is a Dgallon, and led to the running of a ballon-type truck, which is located in the 116th Dobcheon-si, Dobcheon-si, and the front road of the Dobdo-An apartment complex, which is located in the 116th Dobol-si, along the two-lane of the 2-lane Dobdo-do-do-do-do-si.
