A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violence;

A. On May 29, 2013, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim C, the victim D, and the victim E, and assaulted the victims by making the victim C (14 years of age), the victim D (14 years of age), and the victim E (13 years of age) up to the right angle, on the ground that the Defendant made a false statement at the transition group around G elementary school located in F in Yangju-si, Yangju-si, and assaulted the victims from walking up to several times.

B. At around 14:30 on May 2013, the Defendant assaulted the victim H (the age of 14) by making the victim H (the age of 14) unsatisf and walking the satisf on a hand, on the ground that the Defendant erred in management of the subsequent distribution in the G elementary school lectures and the public toilets located in the neighboring market in Yangju-si.

C. On November 2012, the Defendant committed the crime against the Victim I, at G Elementary School located in F at Yangju City, assaulted the victim’s face, clothes, and chests from the victim I (the age of 14) to walk at a time. On April 2013, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s face, clothes, and breasts to walk on the ground that there is no concept in the public toilets in the city in the J market at Yangju-si.

The Defendant committed a crime against the Victim K on March 2013, 2013, and around 13:00, the Defendant assaulted the Victim K (15 years of age) 4 times due to the fact that the Defendant was wrong in the public toilets in the public toilets in the vicinity of the L Middle School in Yangju-si.

2. Suppression;

가. 피해자 M에 대한 범행 피고인은 2013. 5. 29. 18:00경 양주시 F에 있는 G초등학교 주변 화단에서 피해자 M(14세)의 친구들인 C, D, E을 엎드리게 한 후 발로 수회 걷어찼고 피해자의 배를 걷어차려는 순간 신고가 되었다고 하여 근처 주택가 골목으로 자리를 옮긴 후 그곳에서 위와 같이 피고인으로부터 맞을 상황에 있는 피해자에게 생일이니 선물을 달라고 말하여 겁을 먹고 있는 피해자로부터 3,000원을 교부받아 이를 갈취하였다.

B. On November 12, 2012, the Defendant committed a crime against the Victim K at the entrance of the G Elementary School Sports Center located in F at Yangju-si around 13:00.
