Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 12,000,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 30, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million by the Ulsan District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

Nevertheless, at around 23:20 on March 7, 2020, the Defendant driven the Dsch Rexton car while under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.080% from around 23:20 to the front road of the same city C.
