1. The Defendant’s enforcement of the payment order against B on April 27, 2017, 2017, the Seoul Central District Court (hereinafter “Seoul Central District Court”).

1. On July 27, 2017, based on the executory exemplification of the payment order on April 27, 2017, the Defendant indicated the claim against B, the Seoul Central District Court (hereinafter “Seoul Central District Court”) commenced compulsory execution against B on July 27, 2017. The movables indicated in the attached list are purchased from the successful bidder C, and are owned by the Plaintiff.

Therefore, the defendant's above compulsory execution against the property owned by the plaintiff should be denied.
