A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 27, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (sexual traffic) committed sexual traffic by providing KRW 40,00 to E, who is a sexual traffic woman introduced from E, and engaging in sexual intercourse once with F, who is a sexual traffic woman introduced from E.
