On August 8, 2017, at around 07:20 on August 8, 2017, the Defendant, using an opportunity to neglect management in the “EM training place operated by the victim D” operated by Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Yeonsu-gu, by using an opportunity to neglect management, 1,000 won of the market price, was concealed in the clothes and buried.
