Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 6 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Although the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Crimes (Death and Injury caused before the risk) was under the influence of alcohol around 18:35 on August 18, 2016, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim C (29 years old) following the victim C (29 years old)'s driving of the victim C (29 years old) or the cargo vehicle in the speed of about 2 weeks in which the victim was at the speed of making it difficult to know one way among the four-lanes in the direction of massization, while driving the 3-lane 19 (19 years old-gu, Mapo-gu, Seoul, Mapo-ro) and driving the 3-lane 4-lane in the direction of massization, the victim suffered injury to the victim (29 years old-gu, 29 years old-gu, 29 years old-gu, and the victim (hereinafter referred to as the “victim”).
