1. The Defendant, as the case may be, shall:
Plaintiff
A and the Plaintiff Co., Ltd., 1) order the buildings listed in attached Table 1, and 2) 28,000,000 won and this.

Plaintiff
A and Plaintiff B (hereinafter “Plaintiff B”) are the respective owners of 1/2 shares among the buildings listed in attached Table 1, Plaintiff C are the respective owners of the buildings listed in attached Table 2, and Plaintiff D are the respective owners of the buildings listed in attached Table 3.
Plaintiff
A and Plaintiff B entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant on October 21, 2019, stating that the term of lease shall be KRW 100,000,000 as to the buildings listed in attached Table 1, and that the term of lease shall be from July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2027, and that the monthly rent shall be KRW 7,00,000 as the monthly rent (excluding value-added tax), and that the payment shall be made on the last day of each month (hereinafter “instant first lease agreement”).

C around October 2019, around KRW 100,00,00 as security deposit, and the lease term of KRW 1,00,00 as to the building listed in attached Form 2, was “from June 1, 2017 to June 30, 2027,” and the monthly rent is “6,00,000,000 (excluding value-added tax)” and “paid on the first day of each month” (hereinafter “instant lease contract”).

D Around October 2019, around October 1, 2019, concluded a lease agreement with the Defendant to pay KRW 100,000,000 as security deposit, and the lease term as “from June 1, 2017 to June 30, 2027,” and to pay KRW 6,00,000 as monthly rent (excluding value-added tax), and on the first day of each month (hereinafter “instant third lease agreement”).
① The Defendant did not pay the Plaintiff A and B rent of KRW 28,00,000,00 for four months from December 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020 (i.e., monthly rent of KRW 7,000,000 x 4 months x 4 months), ② The Plaintiff C a rent of KRW 24,00,000 for four months from December 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020 (i.e. monthly rent of KRW 6,00,000 x 4 months) ③ the Plaintiff D a rent of KRW 24,00,00,000 for four months from December 1, 201 to March 31, 2020 (i.e., monthly rent of KRW 6,000,000 x 000).
Although the plaintiffs urged the defendant to pay the overdue charge several times, the defendant did not pay the plaintiffs the overdue charge, the plaintiff terminated the first or third lease contract of this case, and the defendant's name and the unpaid rent of the building.
