Punishment of the crime

No one shall divert any farmland outside an agricultural promotion area without obtaining permission to divert farmland.

After that, the Defendant performed the act of opening up the ground with soil without obtaining permission on diversion of farmland in accordance with the related laws and regulations, and installing a container office and a valley at the same time and piling up the scrap metal.

As a result, the Defendant diverted farmland outside the agricultural promotion area without obtaining permission to divert farmland.
