When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

피고인은 관할관청에 일반음식점 영업신고를 하지 아니하고 2015. 8. 15.경부터 2015. 8. 28.경까지 용인시 수지구 B건물 D동 104호에서 냉장고 3대, 수족관 1대, 렌지 등을 갖춰 놓고 그 곳을 찾는 손님들에게 꼼장어, 새우, 전어 등을 조리해 판매하는 영업을 하였다.
