1. On June 2012, Defendants B, D, and E with respect to each of the Defendants’ shares on each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The registration of preservation of ownership was completed on October 7, 1970 in the name of Dongg (Death on March 5, 1973), Dongg H (Death on December 2, 2002) and Dongg I (Death on March 17, 1986), respectively, with respect to the forest of 17497 square meters in the Nam-gu, Ulsan Metropolitan City (hereinafter “the forest before subdivision”).
B. As to the H portion of forest land before division, the 15/225 shares in the J's future due to inheritance on June 19, 2012, and the 10/225 shares in Defendant C, Defendant D, Defendant E, K, L, and M respectively, and the 2310/10 shares in the N's future due to inheritance on the same day, the 1540 shares in the N's 2310 shares,O, P, and Q, each 1540/10 shares in the R's 2025/10, S, and T, each 1350 shares, U, V, and W, each 926/10 shares in each 9725/10 shares in the future, X, and 925/10 shares in each 30/150 shares in each A, Q, 150/150 shares in each 15/150 shares in each 15/10 shares in each 50/15th shares in each.
C. On August 24, 2012, the forest land before subdivision was divided into 10500 square meters of F forest land in Ulsan Metropolitan City (hereinafter “F forest”) and 6925 square meters of AE forest land (hereinafter “AF forest land was divided into 697 square meters on August 24, 2012 and became subject to registration conversion as seen above on August 28, 2012; hereinafter “AE forest after subdivision,” and two forest land after the said subdivision were divided into two forest land and each forest after subdivision) or registration conversion was made. D.

A. The Plaintiff’s assertion by the Defendants was rapidly brought about for the transfer of ownership of forests and fields prior to the division.
