A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a car B G70.

On July 9, 2020, the Defendant driven the above vehicle while under the influence of alcohol of 0.075% with blood alcohol concentration of 0.075% on July 9, 2020, and made the left turn to the left at the intersection of the year-wide from the sick point to the intersection of the year-wide.
