Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On July 10, 2018, Defendant B sentenced six months to imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the same court on July 10, 2018, and completed the execution of the sentence in the military prison on January 7, 2019.
【Criminal Facts】
1. On February 12, 2019, at around 03:35, the Defendants’ co-principaled the Defendants: (a) were unable to run the Defendant E (the 16-year-old) on the street in front of the Donju-gun, Jeon-gun; (b) the Defendant took the victim’s face at hand; and (c) the Defendant took the victim’s face at hand; (d) the victim was released from the victim’s face at hand; (e) the victim entered into the said D, took several times of the victim’s face; and (e) the victim was released from the victim’s face; and (e) the Defendant took the victim’s face to drinking; and (e) around 04:0 on the same day, Defendant A took the victim’s face to the victim and took the victim’s face to drinking; and (e) Defendant A took the victim’s face to the front of a police box at around 04:0 on the same day.
As a result, the Defendants jointly carried dangerous objects and inflicted injury on the victim, such as an autopsy on the right side, which requires treatment for about 14 days.
2. Defendant A
A. The Defendant committed the crime against the victim E, at the time and place set forth in paragraph (1), destroyed the victim’s property so that the victim’s 508,000 won of the repair cost of the cell phone screen is included, by making the victim fall under the ground by making the victim’s face while citing and reporting the cell phone at the time and place set forth in paragraph (1).
B. The Defendant committed the crime against the Victim G by assaulting the above “E” at the time, place, etc. set forth in paragraph (1) and causing defects in the victim G’s chairs, i.e., the said D business owner, and causing them to be damaged.
