Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 8, 2013, from around 23:00 to 23:50, the Defendant obstructed business: (a) at the main point of “D” operated by the victim C on the second floor B of Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju Northern-gu; (b) at the same time, the Defendant was informed of the pet dog located in the place while drinking together with friendly E; (c) from his employee, “I would like to do so. I would like to see this,” and “I would like to do so.
